Returns & Exchanges

At Little Ouchies, we want you to love every piece you wear, but we understand that sometimes things don't fit quite right. We offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
